By utilizing the **GST BILLER** software, web application, or standalone desktop installations, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following simple terms. If you disagree with any segment, please do not use the application.

2. Cost and Licensing (100% Free Forever)

We grant you a fully unrestricted, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the application for your business or personal invoicing. The tool is **100% free for everyone** without limitations, limits, subscription models, credit card commitments, or hidden microtransactions.

3. Local Database & Responsibility

Because our application runs entirely on your local machine and stores data inside your sandboxed browser storage (**IndexedDB**), **we have no access to your files or business logs**. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining regular exports and backups of your invoices.
• Avoiding clearance of browser caches/cookies that could erase your local database.
• Checking the accuracy of client addresses and matching HSN codes.

4. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to modify, reverse-engineer, or attempt to hack our offline database layers to perform fraudulent actions. The software must be used strictly for lawful commercial invoicing, pipeline monitoring, and catalog purposes.

5. Limitation of Liability

The application is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. In no event shall the creators or developers be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or special damages arising out of data losses, cache deletions, or invoicing mismatch calculations.

6. Future Updates

We reserve the right to deploy new feature updates, design improvements, and performance upgrades. Any future integration of optional cloud syncing modules will be entirely subject to user consent and will respect our privacy-first guidelines.
