1. Zero Server Processing Disclosures

At **GST BILLER**, we believe your business data belongs solely to you. The application operates entirely **offline** on your local machine. We have no external databases, no online cloud servers, and we never collect, monitor, store, or transmit any details of your invoices, sales records, client contacts, or catalog items.

2. Local Browser Database (IndexedDB)

All information you input (including your Business Settings, GSTIN number, Client databases, Product inventories, and Invoice logs) is stored securely in your web browser's isolated local storage (**IndexedDB** and **localStorage**).

IndexedDB Security Note: Because all records are sandboxed locally inside your browser, clearing your web browser cache or history completely may delete your saved data. We highly recommend utilizing the regular backups option in the system.

3. Client & Lead Information

Your pipeline lead items, custom business categories, and bulk client import listings (Excel/CSV spreadsheets) remain strictly local. The spreadsheet parsing and matching takes place client-side using JavaScript, and no client lists are uploaded to our developers or external service providers.

4. GST Calculations & State Logic

State location evaluations (determining IGST vs. CGST+SGST) are computed dynamically in real-time on your computer. No location-tracking APIs are queried. The determination relies strictly on the textual matching of your client's state field with your business's registered address state field.

5. Cookies & Tracking Scripts

We do not use advertising tracking cookies, marketing pixels, or analytical spyware. We value clean, high-performance software design. Our application is built to run fast, remain completely private, and keep your business records 100% confidential.

6. Changes to this Policy

We reserve the right to upgrade our application logic from time to time. However, our commitment to keeping your business data private, local, and cost-free will **never** change. If we introduce cloud syncing options in the future, they will remain strictly opt-in and disabled by default.
